Slippery Slope Chalet is nestled in the heart of Killington — just a 5-minute drive to the K1 Base Lodge and 2 minutes from the Killington Access Road, where you’ll find every restaurant, bar, and shop the mountain town has to offer.
Our rustic 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is the ideal escape for families and groups who want space, comfort, and character. Cook a family meal in the fully stocked gourmet farmhouse kitchen, gather in the open-concept living area, and unwind in your private hot tub oasis. With spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers, heated floors, and luxury bath and body products, an arcade room, flexible sleeping for up to 8, and ski storage right at the door — this is Vermont done right.
Arrival is easy — ample parking right on-site. The main entrance leads into a heated mudroom that doubles as a boot room in winter and a screened-in porch in summer.
The lower level is its own world — great for kids or anyone who wants their own space to spread out.
The upper level is the heart of the chalet — open, airy, and made for gathering.
Step outside and the fun continues — the outdoor spaces shine in every season.

“Very nice chalet! Even though the area is mainly for skiing, we found plenty of things to do in the summer! We were 2 adults and 5 teenagers, and we all really enjoyed our stay! We had a small problem with the lock, and our host responded quickly, and we were able to resolve the problem promptly.”

What started as a seasonal ski house share with his friends turned into a decade-plus love affair with this mountain town — its people, its trails, its hidden gems, and yes, the amazing powder days that make everything else feel secondary.
A surfer, snowboarder, and occasional downhill mountain biker at heart, Branden brings that same easy, adventurous spirit to hosting. He has deep roots in the Killington community and an ever-growing list of local recommendations — the best après spot, the restaurants worth a visit, and those off-map trails that locals gatekeep.
